Minnesota High School Basketball - Duluth East can't hold off Grand Rapids
December 10, 2013: Grand Rapids, MN 55744 The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds to 66 in the Thunderhawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderhawks now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chisago Lakes Area for a non-league contest on Friday, December 13. Grand Rapids will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 92-59 league loss to St. Francis (St. Francis, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-4.
The Greyhounds (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Bison enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
