The Houston Hurricanes topped the host Hope Lutheran Patriots volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Hurricanes now have a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Schaeffer Academy for a Southeast test on Thursday, September 29. Houston will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Grand Meadow (Grand Meadow, MN). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.

The Patriots (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN). The Burros enter the Southeast test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Lanesboro was knocked off by Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
