The Scottsbluff Bearcats basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Morrill Lions to 51 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bearcats now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Torrington for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 1.

The Lions (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Crawford (Crawford, NE). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Crawford ran past Edgemont (Edgemont, SD), 41-23, in a non-league contest.
