In Sunday's non-league match, the visiting Upper Room Christian Royals basketball team scored a good 48-38 triumph over the Berkshire School Bears.

In their next game, the Royals meet the Portledge Panthers (Locust Valley, NY) in a Independent Private Parochial match, on Monday, February 3. Upper Room Christian will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 47-26 non-league win over Luther (Maspeth, NY).
