Washington High School Basketball - Ferris ripped by Central Valley
February 4, 2012: Spokane, WA 99223 The Central Valley Bears basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Ferris Saxons to 50 in the Bears league triumph on Saturday.
The Bears now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a 3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Tuesday, February 7. Central Valley will confront a Titans team coming off a 50-47 league win over Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA). The Titans record now stands at 11-5.
The Saxons (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Spokane, WA). The Pirates enter the 3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Rogers was routed by Central Valley (Veradale, WA), 82-40, in a league contest.
