September 19, 2014: Hays, KS 67601 The Hays Indians (Hays, KS) football defeated the visiting Liberal Redskins (Liberal, KS), 42-28 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Indians face the Garden City Buffaloes (Garden City, KS) in a Western Athletic bout, on Friday, September 26. Hays will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Buffaloes enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 28-21 league win over Great Bend (Great Bend, KS).
The Redskins (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Dodge City (Dodge City, KS). The Demons enter the Western Athletic bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Dodge City lost by Heights (Wichita, KS), 26-21, in a non-league bout.
