Michigan High School Basketball - Woodhaven fells Grosse Ile
December 6, 2011: Grosse Ile, MI 48138 Woodhaven Warriors (Brownstown, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI), 69-61 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Woodhaven upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Riverview (Riverview, MI) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Riverview lost 42-31 in their recent non-league bout against Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI)
Next up, the Red Devils play the Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Grosse Ile will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 42-26 non-league loss to Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI).
