Valley/Edinburg Titans (Hoople, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fordville Lankin/Park River Flyers (Fordville, ND), 58-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley/Edinburg upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Titans travel to North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] (Cando, ND) to encounter the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 15. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 6-2.
