Georgia High School Football - Marist routs Stone Mountain
September 18, 2015: Atlanta, GA 30319 The Marist War Eagles football squad scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Stone Mountain Pirates to 13 in the War Eagles league victory on Friday.
The War Eagles now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redan for a AAAA Region 6 battle on Friday, September 25. Marist will play a Raiders squad coming off a 9-6 league loss to Columbia (Decatur, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-3.
Coming up next, the Pirates play the Chamblee Bulldogs (Chamblee, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 battle, on Friday, September 25. Stone Mountain will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 34-0 league loss to Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA).
