Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) and the host Mt. Union Trojans (Mt. Union, PA), saw West Branch's basketball squad overcome Mt. Union by a score of 44-35.

With the victory, West Branch improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA) to clash with the Black Knights/Damsels in a Inter County - North test on Friday, January 15. The Black Knights/Damsels go into the test with a record of 2-8. Moshannon Valley lost 53-20 in their recent non-league test against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA)
