Texas High School Basketball - Georgetown fells Cedar Park
November 22, 2010: Cedar Park, TX 78613 Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX), 46-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Georgetown upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Giddings (Giddings, TX) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 7. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 1-1.
The Timberwolves now own a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shoemaker for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 23. Cedar Park will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 48-45 non-league loss to Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 1-3.
