February 6, 2009: Berlin, PA 15530 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers (Berlin, PA) and the visiting Meyersdale Red Raiders (Meyersdale, PA), saw Berlin Brothersvalley's basketball squad knock off Meyersdale by a score of 37-29.
With the victory, Berlin Brothersvalley improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Mountaineers host Shade (Cairnbrook, PA) to battle the Panthers in a Western Pennsylvania - Southern challenge on Monday, February 9. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Shade won 56-27 in their recent league challenge against Turkeyfoot Valley Area (Confluence, PA)
