The Lakewood Lancers basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Millikan Rams to 51 in the Lancers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lancers now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jordan for a Moore contest on Friday, January 20. Lakewood will meet a Panthers team coming off a 72-63 league loss to Compton (Compton, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 12-6.

The Rams (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA). The Jackrabbits enter the Moore contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Long Beach Poly nudged Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA), 79-33, in a league contest.
