The Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA) basketball nipped the host St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA), 53-48 in Friday's league test.
The Charging Indians (9-9) will now prepare for their test against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights go into the 3A District 4 test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, South Beauregard was tipped by Iowa (Iowa, LA), 74-66, in a league contest.
The Saints (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Bulldogs enter the 3A District 4 contest with a 10-5 record.
