The Bishop Gorman Crusaders football squad scored 27 points and restricted the visiting Highlands Blazers to 12 in the Crusaders league victory on Friday.
The Crusaders now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brook Hill for a TAPPS Division III District 2 battle on Friday, October 21. Bishop Gorman will play a Guard squad coming off a 69-0 league win over All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Guard record now stands at 4-3.
Coming up next, the Blazers play the Dallas Lutheran Lions (Dallas, TX) in a TAPPS Division III District 2 battle, on Friday, October 21. Highlands will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 35-22 league loss to Shelton (Dallas, TX).
