Lexington Catholic (Lexington, Ky.) saw its 15-point lead dwindle to seven, but still managed to hang on and upset
Bryan Station (Lexington, Ky.) 28-21 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a
David Bouvier touchdown pass to
Reese Ryan in the second quarter, the Knights were up 14-13 at the half.
Lexington Catholic grew its lead to 15 points entering the fourth quarter. LC scored two times in the third, including once on a
Marcelis Logan touchdown run.
Bryan Station (1-2) will play a non-conference game against Tates Creek next week, while Lexington Catholic (2-2) will take on Madison Central also in a non-conference game.
