Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, Ohio) lost to
Miami East (Casstown, Ohio), 27-14.
After taking the lead on a touchdown in the second quarter, the Vikings led 7-6 at the half.
Miami East expanded its lead to 14 points entering the fourth quarter. ME scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Fellers.
The Casstown school's most effective player was Fellers. The junior ran for three touchdowns and kicked three extra points. He has now scored nine touchdowns on the season.
The Vikings went into the matchup giving up only 16.3 points per game.
Miami East got revenge for last year's 42-35 loss to the Panthers with the victory.
Twin Valley South (3-6) goes up against Bradford in a Cross County game matchup next week, while Miami East (6-3) locks horns with National Trail also in a Cross County game.
