After two weeks on the road, South Central is heading back home. It's playoff time, and they and North Judson-San Pierre are set to clash on Friday at 7:00 PM. South Central are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
South Central had enough points to win and then some against West Central last Friday, taking their game 50-30. Senior Kyle Schmack was the offensive standout of the match for South Central, as he rushed for 116 yards and 4 touchdowns. Schmack has been a consistent playmaker for South Central as this was the 3rd good game in a row from him.
Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their contest two weeks ago against Pioneer, North Judson-San Pierre were happy to find some success last Friday. North Judson-San Pierre strolled past LaVille with points to spare, taking the matchup 21-6. The win was a breath of fresh air for North Judson-San Pierre as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Their wins bumped South Central to 3-7 and North Judson-San Pierre to 5-5. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
