There are two changes at the top of the regional rankings this week as Our Lady of Good Counsel and Allen take over the top spots in their parts of the country.
Our Lady of Good Counsel takes advantage of Bergen Catholic's narrow loss to St. Joseph Regional to take over the No. 1 spot in the Northeast. Meanwhile, Allen continues to play well and surged to the top position in the Southwest.
The MaxPreps Regional Football Ratings are based on the computerized MaxPreps Freeman Ratings with the 50 states divided into five regions with 10 states each.
