After a string of five wins, Western Hills's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They came up short against Lexington Catholic, falling 42-49. Western Hills's loss came about despite a quality game from senior Wandale Robinson, who rushed for 202 yards and 4 touchdowns. This marked the 7th match in which Robinson has rushed for over 100 yards.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Garrard County lost to Boyle County, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-49. Garrard County were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-28.
Western Hills didn't have too many spare points in their matchup with Garrard County the last time the two teams met, but they still walked away with a 40-36 win.
