March Madness is upon us and we have already been treated to some fantastic finishes in the NCAA tournament. But college isn't the only level where buzzer beaters happen.
As such, MaxPreps takes a look back at the Top 10 buzzer beaters in high school basketball during the 2012-13 season.
10. Maria Weselyj nails a three-pointer to help Mercy (Middletown, Conn.) beat Laurelton, 54-53.

9. J.C. Show goes coast-to-coast to give Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, Pa.) a dramatic 71-70 playoff victory over Scranton Prep.

8. Justin Peace gives Cox Mill (Concord, N.C.) its first conference title in school history.

7. Denton Wallace of Lincoln-Way North (Frankfort, Ill.) nails a shot from his own free throw line for a 66-63 win.

6. Fan erupts after Jennifer Walter sinks 70-foot shot to give Cascade (Idaho) 44-41 win over Garden Valley.

5. Trailing 55-53, Noah Burke picks up a loose ball and nails a half court shot to give Santa Barbara (Calif.) a thrilling victory over San Marcos.

4. In the Class 4A semifinal, Jalen Moore of Sky View (Smithfield, Utah) sinks a buzzer beater in double OT to beat Bountiful. The next day, Sky View won a state title.

3. Tre'shon Heard hits a 75-footer to give McCutcheon (Lafayette, Ind.) a 56-53 playoff win over Logansport.

2. Nermin Krdzalic becomes a South Dakota legend with steal, miracle shot to lift Lincoln (Sioux Falls, S.D.) over Yankton 53-50.

1. The greatest buzzer beater ever: Khalil Edney gives New Rochelle (N.Y.) a 61-60 victory over Mount Vernon.
