After taking the lead on a touchdown run in the second quarter, the Trojans were up 14-10 at the half.
Pine Forest expanded its lead to six points entering the fourth quarter. PF's lone score in the quarter came on a safety.
Grays Creek's only touchdown came on a 35-yard run by
Justis Richardson in the first quarter.
The victory was a completely different match up compared to last season's game between these two teams, which the Bears took, 42-13.
The defeat comes as a step back for Grays Creek, which notched a 29-16 victory over Cape Fear in its previous outing. The win brought Pine Forest's winning streak to four games.
Grays Creek (2-2) will play a non-conference game against Triton next week, while Pine Forest (4-0) will take on Westover also in a non-conference game.
