St. John's/Tipton Catholic won the last time they faced Linn, and things went their way on Friday, too. St. John's/Tipton Catholic took the contest and then some with a 47-0 win over Linn. With St. John's/Tipton Catholic ahead 35-0, the contest was all but decided by halftime.
No one put up better numbers for St. John's/Tipton Catholic than sophomore Brayden Perez, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns. Senior Kail Dubbert was in the mix, too, providing St. John's/Tipton Catholic with 2 touchdowns.
The win got St. John's/Tipton Catholic back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped Linn's record to 0-2.
Next week St. John's/Tipton Catholic take on Tescott at 8-man Div II District 4 Game @ Tipton at 7:00 PM. As for Linn, they will face off against Lakeside.
