Kyle Pianalto and Matt Garrison provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Springdale. The connection was good for 80 yards, the longest such play in 7A/6A West this season.
Bentonville added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Fayetteville, 35-21. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Har-Ber's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Pianalto threw for 215 and 2 touchdowns and Garrison had 141 yards receiving. On the ground Sain Mathews contributed 138 yards. Gus Vitt helped Har-Ber's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 62 yards.
He went 8-18 with 0 interceptions.
Mathews was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 19 carries, he ran for 138 yards as the Wildcats beat the Bulldogs. Pianalto also contributed to the rushing game with 30 yards on the ground.
Har-Ber's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Wildcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Pianalto has thrown for 1,864 yards and 20 touchdowns this season, while Vitt has 43 catches for 749 yards.
Entering into this week's contest against Catholic, Pianalto is short just 136 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season.
Springdale fell to Chris Wood's team 41-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Deandre Murray was a bright spot for S. Patrick's team, as he in the loss.
