Robert Nkemdiche touchdown run in the second quarter.
The Rams expanded their lead to 34 points entering the fourth quarter. Grayson scored four times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Nkemdiche.
The loss snapped South Gwinnett (Snellville, Ga.)'s 5-game winning streak.
Led by Nkemdiche, GHS came into the game allowing 10.1 points per game.
A 40-0 Grayson victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The defeat comes as a step back for South Gwinnett, which notched a 61-14 victory over Berkmar in its previous outing.
In a AAAAAA Region 8 game next week Grayson (7-1) takes on Archer, and South Gwinnett (6-2) will go up against Archer also in a AAAAAA Region 8 game.
