Boston Latin Academy scaled the state rankings by moving to 153 from 194 this week, the biggest jump in Boston - South. The Dragons were able to move up by defeating O'Bryant 20-6.
Boston English took down Minuteman Regional 44-18 last week, the largest margin of any game. Emmanuel Almonte threw for 133 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 253 yards in the win.
The Eagles' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Almonte chipped in 253 yards. Stevaughan Dowdye helped Boston English's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 28 yards.
Mike McClean made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Tigers lost to Boston Latin Academy. The 6-foot-0 senior recorded 1 fumble.
