On Friday, Prosser take on Kennedy at 7:15 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Prosser had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. Prosser weren't too far behind, but the team still lost 14-18 to Mather last Friday. The contest was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but Prosser was outplayed in the second half.
Meanwhile, Kennedy couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-49 to Whitney Young.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Kennedy's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Prosser defensive front that amassed 4 sacks against Mather, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
