Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 37-0 win for VM.
The loss comes after Palisades defeated Granada Hills 20-12 last week.
Palisades (2-3) will play a Western game against Hamilton next week, while Vista Murrieta (5-0) will take on Temecula Valley in a Southwestern game.
