Hyde Park was the better team in every quarter against Comfort last week and consequently the better team overall. The final score between Hyde Park and Comfort was a 47 - 11 blowout in Hyde Park's favor. No one had a larger role in the success than senior Ben Ballard, who brought his A game into the contest. He tossed the ball for 248 yards and four TDs. The win also thrust Hyde Park into the power rankings, where the team now holds the 24th spot.
Can't Touch This
Hutto's 52 - 51 win over Liberty Hill last week had a lot to do with the leadership of senior Chase Griffin. Griffin threw for 455 yards and seven touchdowns. In fact, our algorithms singled out Griffin as one of the top players in the power rankings for the week.
