Enterprise extended the longest winning streak in Eastern this week by beating Sutter, 47-21. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Pleasant Valley scaled the state rankings by moving to 449 from 514 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Vikings were able to move up by besting Red Bluff 35-28.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Izzy Perea. The Enterprise star has 14 catches for 393 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Enterprise takes on second place Shasta. Last week, Enterprise beat the Huskies, while Shasta fell to Paradise.
The Bobcats' Matt Machado is a mere 92 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Machado has rushed for 908 yards on 105 carries so far this year.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Darren Trueblood's team takes on the Wolves. The Hornets have allowed 132 points this season, while Shasta has given up 152. Enterprise allowed 21 points last week as it beat Sutter.
The Hornets took down Ryan Reynolds' team 47-21 last week, the largest margin of any game.
