Regional MaxPreps Computer Football Ratings

There were no changes this week among the five regional No. 1 teams, however there are a couple of new No. 2s.

Losses by Grayson (Loganville, Ga.) and Skyline (Dallas) resulted in new No. 2 teams in the South and Southwest. Manatee (Bradenton, Fla.) moved up to the No. 2 spot in the South and Bentonville (Ark.) took over the No. 2 spot in the Southwest.

The Regional MaxPreps Ratings are based on the MaxPreps Freeman Computer Ratings. And you can see last week's rankings here.

Bergen Catholic had a blast in Las Vegas, beating Bishop Gorman and keeping a hold on the region's top spot.

Notes: Another big win, this one over Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas), has widened the gap for Bergen Catholic and the rest. Don Bosco Prep also rejoins the Northeast ratings after a win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.). Ansonia opened with an impressive win and joins this week's rankings as well.
