Arenas tallied 23 points in the first half and erupted for 30 more in the second half of the impressive win. He is now averaging 33.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks per contest on the season to help Chatsworth improve to a record of 19-14.
The five-star guard is also approaching 2,000 points for his career as he enters the Chancellors CIF Division IV regional title game with 1,885 points through two seasons.
The scoring outburst was the second highest total of Alijah's career as he dropped a career-high 56 points in a 97-48 victory over Canoga Park last season as a freshman.

Arenas earned third team MaxPreps Freshman All-America honors last season after averaging 30.3 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per contest. He is regarded as the No. 4 prospect in the Class of 2026 according to
247Sports.
