Four-star defensive end Brad Johnson of Pendleton (S.C.) will play at South Carolina. He made is announcement live on MaxPreps on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-3, 230-pound edge rusher is the 22nd-rated weak-side defensive end and No. 311 overall recruit by 247Sports. He'll decide between South Carolina and Virginia Tech.

Johnson notched 13 sacks, 43 tackles, a blocked kick and two forced fumbles this season. He also racked up
32 sacks, 28 tackles for losses, 34 quarterback hurries and 198 tackles in his varsity career.
