EAGLE STORYLINES

* Simmons returns after earning MaxPreps National Junior of the Year honors in 2013-14. The Australia native, who averaged 18.5 points and 9.6 rebounds per game a year ago, is regarded as the nation's No. 1 2015 prospect according to 247Sports.

* It's hard to argue that Montverde Academy isn't the top high school program in the country right now. The Eagles are 76-6 since Boyle arrived and have been crowned national champs by at least one media outlet each of the past two seasons.

* While the backcourt may be a bit of a question for the Eagles, good luck matching up with the frontcourt. Simmons is more than capable of playing on the wing, allowing Boyle some flexibility in getting his bevy of bigs on the floor. Expect Montverde Academy to feature at least six players 6-7 or taller in the rotation.
