Najhier West of
Steel Valley (Munhall, Pa.) just helped put running backs on the map with what some consider one of the greatest runs in PIAA state championship history.
Steel Valley beat Southern Columbia Area 49-7 in the Class AA title game on Saturday.
According to the
Richmond Times-Dispatch, West rushed 12 times for 288 yards and five touchdowns. He scored on runs of 53, 5, 37, 60 and 60 yards.
