All five No. 1 teams stayed the same this week in the MaxPreps Regional Football Computer Rankings with St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) winning a showdown with No. 2 St. Ignatius (Cleveland) in the Midwest region.
St. Ignatius had been ranked No. 1 in the Midwest computer ratings for much of the school year, but St. Edward recently took over the top spot. In a battle of two 9-0 teams, St. Edward came away with the 20-13 win over St. Ignatius on Saturday.
The MaxPreps regional football ratings are based on the MaxPreps Freeman Computer Rankings.
