South Plantation extended their postseason success on Thursday against Fort Lauderdale. They had just enough and edged out the Flying L's 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Paladins sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

In other batting news, South Plantation let Victoria Vazquez and Amelia Rodriguez run wild. Vazquez went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run, while Rodriguez went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
South Plantation was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fort Lauderdale only posted a batting average of .185.
South Plantation now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Fort Lauderdale, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.
