After taking the lead on a passing touchdown in the second quarter, GF led 35-8 at the half.
The Tigers grew their lead to 34 points entering the fourth quarter. Green Forest's lone score in the quarter came on a rushing touchdown.
With the win GF extended its winning streak to seven games. Green Forest defeated West Fork 22-13 last week.
Elkins' only touchdown came on a 21-yard run in the first quarter.
The Tigers came in allowing an average of 19.7 points per game this season.
Green Forest also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 35-21.
The loss was the third in a row for the Elks.
