Detroit were out to avenge their 26-27 loss to Como-Pickton from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Detroit didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 0-6 to Como-Pickton on Friday. This makes it the second loss in a row for Detroit.
The defeat dropped Detroit's record to 0-2. The win got Como-Pickton back to even at 1-1.
Detroit will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Boles. Como-Pickton are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Whitewright at 7:30 PM.
