Central Clinton/Calamus-Wheatland's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 20 points in the first half. Maquoketa came up with 14 to make it 20-14 heading into the break. The offense for Central Clinton/Calamus-Wheatland continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 26 points. The victory bumped their record up to 0-1. The loss dropped Maquoketa's record to 0-1.
Next week, Central Clinton/Calamus-Wheatland take on Wahlert at 7:30 PM. As for Maquoketa, they will face off against Independence.
