SAMMAMISH, Wash. -
Skyline (Sammamish, Wash.) extended its winning streak to eight games with a 21-0 victory over
Issaquah (Wash.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Max Browne in the first quarter, the Spartans led 7-0 at the half.
Skyline expanded its lead to 14 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by
Cedric Cooper.
Dickson stood out for the Sammamish school in the win. He ran for two touchdowns and kicked three extra points.
Coming into the game the Spartans had allowed 20.1 points per game this year.
A 41-14 Skyline victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The loss comes after Issaquah defeated Ballard 49-28 last week. The loss snapped the Eagles' 2-game winning streak.
