You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between Crescent and Clallam Bay. Crescent put a hurting on Clallam Bay to the tune of 57-6. That's another feather in the cap for Crescent, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Crescent got off to a slow start in their game four weeks ago against Quilcene, but they had no such trouble against Clallam Bay as they cruised to a 38-point first half. Meanwhile, Clallam Bay couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 38-0 heading into the break. Crescent put the match away in the third quarter with 12 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense.
Among those leading the charge for Crescent was senior Noah Leonard, who rushed for 175 yards and 4 touchdowns. In fact, with 24 tackles Leonard was a force on both sides of the ball. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse freshman Brayden Emery, who racked up 15 tackles.
