Nevada Union (Grass Valley, Calif.) 29-28 on Saturday.

The defeat comes as a step back for Nevada Union, which notched a 37-7 victory over Grant in its previous outing. The win was a nice bounce back for PG, which lost to Lincoln last week, 34-27. The loss snapped Nevada Union's 2-game winning streak.
Pleasant Grove (2-1) goes up against Inderkum in a non-conference game matchup next week, while Nevada Union (2-1) locks horns with Chico also in a non-conference game.
