Lapwai can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Genesee 105-43 on the road. Lapwai's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
It was another big night for Kase Wynott, who shot 5-for-8 from deep and dropped a triple-double on 68 points, 17 rebounds, and 11 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Payne, who scored 21 points along with five assists.
Clearwater Valley suffered their biggest defeat since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They suffered a rough 69-47 loss at the hands of Potlatch. Clearwater Valley has struggled against Potlatch recently, as their match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Lapwai has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season. As for Clearwater Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
