Alabama High School Basketball - Ider overwhelmed by Section
The Section Lions basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the host Ider Hornets to 44 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sylvania for a non-league contest on Friday, December 7. Section will meet a Rams team coming off a 82-49 non-league loss to North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, Ider moves to 0-5 on the year. The Hornets travel to Fyffe (Fyffe, AL) to confront the Red Devils in a 2A Area 12 match on Friday, December 7. The Red Devils enter the match with a record of 3-1. Fyffe won 59-57 in their recent league match against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL)
