One-armed pitcher throws mid-80s

Josh Stevens of Vestavia Hills (AL) is something truly remarkable. Stevens was born with amniotic band syndrome, shortening his left arm to about two inches above his elbow. Today, Josh has been clocked at over 80-mph and is committed to Division III Huntingdon College (AL).
