"Look beyond the 13 points per game Emily scores and it's easy to see how she was chosen to be Marian Catholic's selection for Max Preps Player of the Year. Add to the mix the 73% from the free throw line and combine the following: 3 steals per game, 4 assists per game, 4 rebounds per game. She also knocked down 31 three pointers in 23 games. Talk about leading by example, how about taking 21 charges. The good news for Fillies fans is Emily and majority of the varsity roster stay in tact for the 2018-2019 campaign. The bad news for the rest of District XI and the Schuylkill League is Shaud is just a Sophomore!"
