Kasey Walsh has been named player of the year. "Her impact was a reflection of the work she put in outside of the season to be able to run the fastest offense and most lethal offense Summit has seen in nearly a decade. Kasey was also a major impact from the service line, with her rotation being the 2nd most successful in earning points while the setter was also playing major defense getting the third most amount of digs for the team this year. Her emotion, her energy, her steadiness as the quarterback allowed Summit to develop into one of the most prolific offenses in the county. Congratulations to a great Captain and a great performer for the team!"
