Roshawn Fleming has been named player of the year. "Robbed by COVID of his chance to post 1,000 points for RHS, Roshawn Fleming was the exemplar of excellence for the Vikings in a very positive season. Rogers posted averages of 21.4 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 2 apg, 1.8 spg, and 1.3 bpg. A nightly double-double threat, Fleming led Rogers in points, rebounds, steals, and blocks. He did this while shooting 51% for the season, with a true shooting percentage of 52%. His performance in the state quarterfinal against Wheeler was nearly enough to send Rogers to the state semifinal, as he made multiple fourth-quarter plays to give RHS a lead late. A leader by example both with his work ethic and his overall team attitude, Roshawn Fleming is the Rogers MVP and has earned a place in the pantheon of great all-time Vikings."
