Wilson Cal's 22 points and 4 rebounds led the Lancers in the loss.
Wilson had a great game on both sides of the ball. He caught 2 TD passes, and a couple more for a total of 64 yards, as well as 2 interceptions on the defensive side.
Wilson made the move from safety to corner back this week in our new look defense. He made the most of the move with an electrifying 98 yard interception for a Touchdown. He also had 2 tackles while locking down receivers to his side. Oh by the way he was the leading receiver for the Lancers with 4 also.
Wilson played on both sides of the ball having major impact on both Offense and Defense. Wilson had a pass deflection and a solo tackle to go with 166 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. He teamed up with Luke to complete a game long 80 yard touchdown.
Wilson finished with 5 catches and 135 yards receiving. It was his 68 yard catch that got the scoring going for us, and his blocking on the outside allowed our runners to extend or break runs.
Wilson was a leader tonight, showing the way to put team before self. He did not have a big night stat wise, but made many big plays in coverage on D, played well on Special teams, and had some huge blocks to help us score 6 rushing TDs
Wilson had one of his best games last night. He caught 8 balls for 164 yards and a touchdown. he also returned punts and kicks, as well as 3 tackles and a pass deflected.
Wilson had probably the biggest interception in a big game that the Lancers have seen in a couple decades.. he was great on D while often covering the Dons best receiver.
